Designed for the tailgate of an SUV or camper van, the Beachcrest is a dome-style awning, which has a connecting panel with an adjustable height of 155-185cm. The Beachcrest offers a free-standing design, whereby the connecting panel can be disconnected from the vehicle and rolled away, leaving the vehicle free to drive off-site.

Perfect for touring adventures such as the NC500, or multi-stop holidays, the Beachcrest is a well ventilated, tailgate mounted, drive away awning designed by Outwell to be a great companion for fast weekend trips for couples and small families. The Beachcrest has a lightweight, compact design, utliising alloy poles, which are incredibly lightweight and robust. Further to this, the Outtex fabric is tried and tested across the range of Outwell tents and awnings for many years – offering a lightweight polyester fabric, with a 3000mm hydrostatic head.
- Domed Design – the dome style of design, is the most reliable, durable structure, with over-lapping alloy poles, allowing for a free-standing design – allowing you to take the car or van off-site, for a day of exploring.
- Quick Set Up & Set Down – the Aluflex pole system is a quick-pitching design, which allows quick set-up and set-downs.
- Tailgate Design – it is designed to sit at the rear of the vehicle.
- Link-Access Zone – the connecting panel offers an area between the camper van, and the awning, which attaches to the vehicle. The connecting panel has a door either side for flexibility, and access to the van. The link access zone can be rolled back when disconnected from the vehicle.
- 5mm & 7mm Kador Beading – twin Kador beading will allow it to be fitted onto camper vans rails or wind-out awnings.
- Versatile design, ideal for using as a sleeping space, storage space or an area to relax in. There is a universal inner, which can be purchased separately to create a sleeping space.
- Removable Bathtub Groundsheet – it is provided with a groundsheet, which is linked into the awning, and can be removed for cleaning.
- Mesh Windows with Zipped Waterproof Curtain Covers – allows plenty of ventilation to pass through, reducing the effects of condensation.
